In the field of natural gas processing & treatment, a number of acid gas removal methods developed by us such as the active amine method, membrane method, and membrane-amine method have been successfully applied in the major oil & gas field development projects at home and abroad and lead the world in this field. The mixed cryogen method for natural gas liquefaction, in particular, can dramatically reduce the energy consumption of natural gas liquefaction and is especially suitable for domestic small and mid-sized natural gas liquefaction plants.
In aspect of pressure swing absorption (PSA) gas separation, we have developed PSA purification techniques for hydrogen and carbon monoxide and the polysilicon reducing gas treatment technique, which has approached the world advanced levels. In the field of shift gas de-carbonization, the two-section complete recycling flow developed by us has been successfully applied in the domestic shift gas de-carbonization devices.
With regard to hydrogen preparation, we have developed energy-efficient coal-based and natural gas based hydrogen preparation methods, which have been successfully applied in the domestic hydrogen preparation devices and lead the domestic market.
And in the field of flue gas desulfurization, we have developed the amine method and the carbon dioxide recycling method, which have achieved zero-cost treatment of flue gas treatment. They not only are environment-friendly but also realize recycling of products.
At present, the company mainly owns the following technologies:
1) PSA purification of H2, CO, CO2, O2 and C2H4; removal of CO2, H2O, and H2S, and recycling of organic vapors in tail gases such as polysilicon and vinyl chloride
